We offer a seamless journey to a new device if yours are damaged.
Below you can se the use case for two of the services we offer: single-swap and box-n-return.
1. Your phone is damaged
Report your claim by phone, mail or online.2. Delivery of a new phone
You will receive your new phone shortly after reporting the claim.3. Return the damaged phone
Follow the instructions for the return process that you will find in the box with the new phone.4. Case is closed
The case is closed when our claims center receives the damaged phone. You will not receive your old phone again.1. The device is damaged
Report your claim by phone, mail or online. An empty box with a return label will be sent to your address.2. Send the damaged device
Place your damaged device in the empty return box that you have received. Follow the instructions for the return process to the repair shop.3. Repaired or replaced
When we have received your device, it will either be repaired or replaced depending on the damage.4. Receipt of device
Either your repaired device or a new device will be returned to you. And the case is closed.
